this is really similar to the one manhwa I read back in 2021 called 1/24 Romance (An Hour of Romance). Is it based on it?

I watched Ep1 but didnt understand anything from it.
Lomon looks cute here, he actually reminded me of his lookism and sweet revenge days and i always wanted to see him again in such roles. However the story doesnt seem promising to me.
