  1. I really don’t get why this doesn’t have more viewers/comments this drama is so GOODDD!! Honestly wasn’t expecting too much because of the True Beauty writer and I heard mixed things about that drama, but I really was surprised and in a good way. I was kinda intrigued by the plotline especially with what’s been happening in the kpopsphere and 1 year anniversary and I also was missing Kim Hyeyoon a bit, so I’m very glad I checked it out when the first episode aired it’s always fun live watching dramas :)) Just wanted to heap praises on this drama again after a while. The only thing I’m not vibing with is all the corny bathroom jokes and the potential for the killer mystery thing to take over (a la Link) but yeah. Especially since it looks like a serial killer and he’s got that trope with the weird jingly keyring haha and that she’s been targeted by this guy in the past and didn’t know and he probably has to do with her accident. But I get why they’re focusing on this if that’s the reason she went back to the past in the first place but I just wish it wasn’t that as the mechanism because it’s unbelievably tropey and I’ve had bad experiences with dramas being ruined that way…

  2. What does Im Sol have inside her skull ? BRICKS ?? Why is she trying so hard to put a distance between them when she already knows that 1) She can’t tell him that she’s from the future 2) she can’t change the outcome of the accidents beforehand 3) 2023 is still way too far for her to start thinking about “his depression” !!! She needs to set her priorities straight because unless she manages to survive her accident, Sun Jae won’t live to see another year after that day [since she still assume that he took his own life and she still doesn’t know what really happened and so do we].

    I’m gonna do what I do best, ignore the romance and torture and focus on her accident instead! I think that her accident is somehow caused by her travelling back in time, you know it’s a loop where her past was already changed by her future but she doesn’t realize that because she lost all her memories related to Sun Jae including the accident. Let me explain :

    1- The accident in the bridge : when Im Sol was on that bridge, the place looked familier and judging from those flashbacks, she was indeed there. The future her remembered the accident and how Sun Jae saved her. BUT, she wasn’t meant be there in the first place ! She only ended up in that bus because the future her was inside her body!!! And that lead us to the killer with the shaman bells, 2023 Im Sol cause the accident in 2008 that lead to her disability.

    2- The killer : the taxi driver doesn’t seem like he’s a serial killer to be honest. I think the target was always Im Sol, it was just a matter of when and how it’s done! Here is what I think: The killer is carrying around those shaman bells because he also time traveled like Im Sol! What I’m going to say next may sound crazy but hear me out !!! **The taxi driver is Sun Jae’s driver from 2023 let me elaborate :

    ♣ First, today’s body was found in a newly built road that nobody knows about according to that woman from the scene. The killer being from the future makes sense for this to happen!!
    ♣ I assume that the body belongs to that drunk man who was harassing Im Sol. I think the taxi driver targeted him because he either 1) saw his face 2) he was technically the reason why Im Sol fell in the river which led to Sun Jae getting involved.
    ♣ Mr Kim being around Sun Jae TWICE in two different places can’t be a coincidence !! I think the driver is pushing for Sun Jae to become an idol while Im Sol is doing the opposite! If Sun Jae doesn’t become an idol, his driver wouldn’t even get the job in 2023 and that will ruin his future.
    ♣ If Im Sol was kidnapped, she can easily escape by screaming future events out loud, time will stop and she can save herself, easy peasy ! But if the kidnapper is from the future, this trick won’t work on him!!
    ♣The reason why the taxi driver is carrying around shaman bells is because he still can’t grasp the fact that he time traveled, so he’s using those bells as “”protection”” I guess !

  3. Can we get some love for Kim Hyeyoon too like everyone is swooning over Byun Wooseok 😅😂😂 I mean deservedly so though but anyways I digress

    I just really love the energy and earnestness she brings to her roles and her smile is so pretty and effervescent too (hope she doesn’t get typecasted to high school roles only though) I get why Byun Wooseok said to watch for their chemistry lolll

    Anyways all I am saying is it takes both of them for the chemistry to chemistry so yeah round of applause for them they’re both killing it!!

  4. Aaahhhhh I’ll die if the same tragedy with Sol happens again😭😭😭…like can u just let my girl and boy enjoy their youth and love life …they were freaking made for each other. Please chakhanim chebal chebal salyochuseyo. Anyway I’m in LOVE with this drama🥹..it’s winning hearts everywhere. It’s got that kdrama spirit pumped up. This and QOT have my heart, mind and soul 🛐🛐🛐❤️

  7. You know in kdramas why do the killers always have some sort of jingly thing… lolll oh well. For storytelling purposes in kdramas it makes sense though especially if characters need to recall something or they need to make a blatant point for the audience to hook onto.

  9. So the killer has finally been revealed, now let’s see how things fold.
    Btw BWS is doing a great job here, Idk how many drama he has done, it’s my second drama of him (first one was Record of Youth) and he is very good in both. Don’t know why R.O.Y didn’t get much attention it was a good drama but anyway hopefully he’ll get some attention after this one.

  10. great. Now she’s denying her own feelings toward Sun Jae. She likes him too but now she holds all the cards to their relationship. I think the guy that tried to kill her in her past is the one who ends up killing Sun Jae in the future. They stop him and she’ll return to her timeline and whatever the results are between her and Sun Jae, they both will have to live with it.

  11. I still don’t understand why it’s named “Lovely Runner”.
    I mean, Sun Jae is an idol and was a swimmer. Sorry to sound rude, but Im Sol was in a wheelchair and nowhere close to an athlete.
    So why this title??

    but I’m really scared for next episode there’s the psycho guy with the bell key chain targeting her. And there’s also a possibility she might return again in the future. I’ll set aside my worries for tomorrow. I just wanna enjoy this moment that finally Sun Jae conveyed his true feelings!! 🥺 I want you two to be happy in this life

  31. I feel like ML suits this kind of roles, he was soooooo cute in today’s episode. In his villain era he was smoking hot but you could see that he was not all the way evil thts why he is more suitable in romance genre. What makes me so fr happy is he is getting recognized now, he was acting for many years, I have been his fan ever since i saw him. I feel proud.

    Also, I really loved how Sol told him to be a little selfish. Sometimes, we forget to be kind to ourselves while trying to care for everyone around us. We end up bearing burdens that aren’t even ours to begin with. I hope each one of us could find comfort in showing love and understanding for our own self❣️

  40. I loved seeing Sunjae celebrate that swimmer’s win. This just goes to show how much he loves and respects the sport. Him not being able to swim doesn’t minimize how much he enjoy’s doing so. So this was such a heart-warming sight.

    Today’s episode was hilarious and wholesome to the max. These were some of my favourite scenes…

  41. I’m falling in love with Sun Jae more every ep. His smile, his personality, literally everything, which just makes me even even more concerned for the future. He is so whipped in love for her. It’s so cute how he’s so honest with his feelings and never lies to her. Like when she asked if he came to their store before, he just tried to pretend like he was asleep. And the shake in his voice when she asked him to see the movie. Boy was starstruck when she grabbed his face. 🥰

    Also can I just say SML syndrome really be making me feel bad. It’s always the “I changed for you” trouble maker types that make it worse. Just 2 pretty besties 😂.

    The preview seems like trouble is coming cause of Sol not realizing her feelings, so I hope my boy doesn’t have to to go through heartbreak this early. Lastly I wonder if the stalker/murderer/kidnapper/creep had a specific reason for why he targeted sol? It seemed like he was always targeting her from the beginning?

    no matters what happens ryu sunjae is definately born to be on stage
    the timelines and sol watching sunjae, sol cried while watching sunjae singing on the stage because she remember her idol seunjae this scene is so emotional because she met her idol again🥺😭 she’s so happy and that smile of her, i felt the emotions that played through the whole scene
    touched by sunjae’s song, sol’s tears fell, reminiscing, her heart found sunjae’s melody a reunion through notes.
    p.s: wooseok’s vocals are on point so beautiful

This episode was filled with small sweet moments, SJ is soo whipped for her lol and the fact that he tries to act ‘composed’ about it but inside his heart is beating as fast as it could😂🙈 It was about time that she finally heard the recording of him confessing at the same time as him telling her to break up with SML!!! the timing I’m still waiting for when she will start to love him, not just as a fan. Also, the fact that SJ decided to sing because of HER! Is it reiterating that she cannot change some things in the past or the fact that he got into singing because of her even in the past? The rivalry moments between ML and SML kind of reminded me of True Beauty, i wonder if they would become good friends here. Also, that taxi driver is making me feel so uneasy, the suspense is building up on what really happened in the past but it seems like he is a creepy stalker judging by the way he was looking at Sol’s picture and flashbacks show she was probably kidnapped or something?
    Next episode will be sad, it looks like Sol will reject SJ’s feelings😔

  49. I avoid series’ that have sad endings. So, ofcourse I haven’t watched many of Byeon Woo Seok’s works. I mean, I came to know he was the second lead in record of youth but damn even then I didn’t remember his face. Imagine my surprise when I learnt he is 32!!! On top of that why does he have such a beautiful smile!!!😍😍 Every time he smiles, my heart just thaws and turns into a puddle!! Just in this episode alone, I took numerous screenshots of his smirks like one min he is all😆 and then he goes 😐!!!

    I can’t wait for tomorrow’s episode!! Its gonna be a game of cat and mouse for a while but I am so invested in them!!
    And now, for theories,I think that the next time she goes back to future will happen once she overcomes her accident. She travelled back after saving her mom from the fire so its plausible. Also, am I the only one concerned about the SML not shown in the current timeline?? The key for her accident is probably Kim Tae Seong or he must atleast be of some importance.It’s raising flags for me..I dunno if it is red though!!😭

  51. Okay exam weeks did not end me but this ended me (in a good way). Sunjae , ryu sunjae, i maybe a hopeless loser in love but I never gave up “idgaf” war. The way he always fixed his facial behavior and turns into poker face as if he did not blush and giggle and kick feet and thinking about Sol at home. Sol , I get why Sunjae loves her for 15 years cause I would too in his place like she is too precious and adorable. AND SOL HEARD HIS CONFESSION ??? I CANNOT BREATHE. I’m loving Sunjae’s signature loser smile. Also about the taxis driver , mind sharing your theory about it ?

Man I was hoping they wouldn’t go the whole murder mystery route for Im Sol (although I’m pretty sure Sunjae was murdered and pushed to his death), because too many romcoms have been ruined by all the unnecessary murder plots 😭 I’m looking at you, Behind Your Touch and Link: Eat, Love, Kill, Crash Course in Romance etc!! Crossing my fingers that this drama will still turn out well 👌🏼

    So there are two things/theories that I want to talk about while waiting, hope you have enough patience to read my not very well written and detailed theory 🙂

    FIRST, yesterday I read something on tiktok(I didn’t finish reading cuz I didn’t want to get a spoiler cuz one of them was about to talk about the webtoon) But someone said that somehow they skip time again and this time they both went to college(cuz of their outfit from one of the trailers, apparently it doesn’t look like their usual style but I think they just dressed up for a date) when SJ says “Did you travel time?” Or something like that BUT… in one of the other trailers there was also this scene(from ep4) when Sol came back(and found out that she was dating the SL) and imagined what it would be like if she told SJ the truth and he said “you have gone mad” yet in the trailer it looked like he really said that, when in reality he didn’t, it was just Sol’s imagination!!!!

    SECOND, There is something that I don’t understand… Everyone says that SJ’s watch lit up when he went under the water to save Sol(or maybe it was just the light cuz there was a light behind him when Sol remembered the past SJ when he saved her the first time)
    BUT how and when was he able to go back to the past?? He couldn’t have gone with Sol cuz he was dead when she went back to the past!!! And he shouldn’t be looking the way he was looking before the concert and after the concert if he went back to the past before the concert, especially cuz nothing changed about Sol not being able to walk…..!!!!
