1. I haven’t watched Meet Yourself but this drama stood on its own for its storyline and overall production. I hope each to be watched for that.

2. Great drama, great ending. After Meet Yourself with the same ML, this is my second favorite C-drama. I loved everything about it a 10/10 for me.

The drama was nice but Jie never deserved him in the first place, she wanted part of him only, she wanted her freedom and to make her choices only thinking about her and THAT IS FINE but then she should have let him go, she wanted part of him but never asked his opinnion for anything, she planned her life all around her and never around THEM as a couple, he deserved something better honestly, he was always so kinhd and understanding, he was always too good for someone as selfish and self centered as her.

5. I will say, this drama is that soft, calm and healing kind of drama….
   It’s very realistic… It’s really about life

   And i did not expect the last part, after the closing credits… The appearance of the goose gave me goosebumps 🤪😅

7. Great slice of life drama. For me there was nothing not to like. ZJie is a character that is flawed with insecurities. How she acted in her time of vulnerability is nothing short of reality. What I liked was that she immediately sought forgiveness and redemption. Her heart overruled. MaiDong had his own scars. I like that he remained true to himself and didn’t change that much. He was accommodating and it was fair. In the end, they compromised to their hearts feeling.

   There’s no cdrama I’ve seen yet that had the amount of chemistry as these two leads. Over and over we see silly tropes of accidental kisses, wide eyed shock kisses, or kisses that are not kisses. What I liked most in this drama is plenty scenes of ‘coupling’. The touches, hugs, eye connections, show of love and support makes this drama standout. Zhou Tong outdid herself depicting a woman who loves her man and not afraid to show it. Li Xian I feel is always this type of character probably very close to his actual personality. Partnering with Zhou Tong brought out more of his sensual self I feel.

   Great drama. Great ending. 10/10 for this viewer.

8. Although the scenery and shots are impeccably shot and at first this was a very calm soft drama with healing vibes, it changed somewhere in between. I still quite like it but both characters were not the most likeable and I wasn’t per se rooting for them to be together.

   The FL did what she wanted which I like but in a way she didn’t seem to think about his feelings and after her claiming that he forced himself onto her, that just kinda left a sour image of her for me.

   For the ML, he was just so cold 24/7 and that whole unenthusiastic, monochromatic expression although is quite attractive for me personally, it just didn’t fit. He barely smiled or did a lot and I feel like there was supposed to be more focus on his job as a funeral makeup-artist but there wasn’t even much of that and that was what I found interesting in the beginning. The chemistry was also quite lacking, I just wasn’t feeling it all that much.

   Will say though that the brothers painting of the scenery, those scenes topped it all.

   Of course others can have other opinions. No hate. I still quite liked it and will surely rate it in the high scale.
