1. in kdrama when there’s a chaebol family involved, there is always a sickenly annoying sister/daughter who is spoilt and obnoxious. Their characters usually do not contribute to the story at all.

2. ⚠ Spoilers Ahead!

   The monk said to Matraich Myeong-Ae that her son Yi-Cheol, will have another child but not with Hye-Ji. I think it will be with the aunt of Hye-Won and Hye-Ji, Min-Sook. I can feel it in my bones. She and Yi-cheol will bump into each other somewhere and there will be the usual bells and whistles, complete with the swirl and twirl and gaze into each other’s eyes. First, bang the niece then follow up with the aunt.

   10 episodes and I am still unclear of Hye-JI’s motive for this ‘revenge’. Why does she hate Hye-Won so much? She could have made a better life for herself, after all, she went to the Big Apple, the so-called land of opportunity. She could have pursued her ‘American Dream’ which unfortunately had become the American Nightmare. So too bad, Psycho Hye-Ji.

   It really burns my azz when women go there with that kind of crap.

   I think what she says is true but if she wants that man she married to come back to her then do it and stop the bull crap. 🙄
   I liked her till she said that. Also I wonder what what’s her face gonna do when she learns that that’s her sister. She talking down to her and treating her like she’s crap but what will she do and how will her attitude change once she learns the truth. 🤔

4. At least the side business of the step brother is not “fried chicken” but “tokpoki”. It’s good for a change.
   I don’t know why but I like that HJ’s schemes are not so effective. She is like a child throwing tantrums. Isn’t it easier to meet with her sister and clarify what happened?
   Can’t stand YC’s sister in her hysteric moments.
   The stepfather found out that the health supplements HJ was sending were not from the US (the White House:-)), but from Korea…, a bait set up by HJ…. He is not so ignorant….
