  1. i enjoyed the first episode, it’s cute, light, funny and fluffy drama, loved how they showcased every main character. looking forward to their relationship, friendship developement and why why why sang-yi can’t be a main lead, what does he lack? nothing

this is what she did when she found out at her ex’s wedding that he had cheated on her.
omg bahahahhahaha i already love her(her imagination is off charts lol)🤣🤣
what she expected to do but in reality what she had to do lmao
i love the ending scene, the way jiwook comforting haeyeong after her ex touches a sensitive spot for her, in silence, without saying anything, just offering a cigarette and the silence, it was tender.
p.s- that ugly wig of youngdae tho he looks cute but stillllll

  2. Very good episode 1. For many months I have not been interested in a drama like this one. Contemporary, with interesting characters. A rom-com that is up to date with the current times, not something outdated. In a way it reminds me of “Yumi’s cells”, where the main character was also in many relationships and the plot showed it organically. Usually Korean dramas show the main female characters as pathetic beings who were cheated on, in the case when they have more than one boyfriend. Here too, the FL’s ex cheated on her, but she is not presented as a victim, but as someone who was simply in a situation that happens. Besides, her ex was not a completely bad person. Even a cheating ex can have some good traits and the drama showed that. There was not much of a second plot yet, but the CEO and the history of his family seem to look promising. Apart from that, the scenes with the writer were also interesting. The ML and his goals in life seem like a mystery, but the character is instantly likable. They all are in my opinion. Even the FL’s ex who cheated.

  3. I enjoyed the first episode it’s not to much brain drama .idk why people hate Kim youngdae I think he is okay just not liking his hair.please give him a makeover soon.

Plot reminds me of hometown chachacha pur FL lives very diligently in a good way I guess and ML both lives carefreely if you are getting my point.

  4. The ex is weird. Being all clingy and lovey dovey while cheating on her.

This drama is actually interesting. Or I think I am always a sucker for contract marriage Kdramas. Not bad. I won’t name titles but there are far more awful dramas than this. And I don’t get the hate (I read it somewhere not here in case someone says where’s the hate) when it comes to Kim Young Dae acting here for me I like this character of his the most. I usually watch his dramas even webdramas back then, the only ones I didn’t finish yet are The Penthouse and Moon in the Day.

  5. Lee Il Hwa was one of the prettiest woman I’d seen when I first saw her in Reply series. For this reason, I can’t get why she had done so much of plastic surgery on her face. She is looking shell of her former self.

  6. I loved the 1st episode, the editing is so funny. I am excited to see what happens next.

  7. Shin Minah never disappoints in romcom. Not bad for a first episode!

That ear-covering “of course” took me straight back to Lovely Runner (the condom scene was beyond hilarious! Good times!) 🤣 It was so popular back in the day thanks to Kim Jongkook & Yoon Eunhye. I guess it’s making its round again.

  8. That was a really good first ep.
Not even paying attention I watched the first 20 minutes of this with the audio set to English.

I liked that her mother was a foster mother but she seemed like a bit of a brat when she was a kid. That job interview scene😡 those three MEN sitting across from them 😒the fUCkinG…. audacity….. the damned nerve to sit across there asking that woman if she had a boyfriend. Asking about getting married and if she’ll get pregnant and keep working afterwards. That other guy’s answer being sexually harassed to bad there wasn’t someone to throw a brick and knock him in the head for that biTch azz answer he gave.
I about laughed my side side off when the ml pulled out that phone recording everything.
That ex bf really is a pos!

  9. Theory with no proof.
The ML will turn out to be the illegitimate son of the CEO/Chairman/ dad of the second ML.

Also amazing first episode. Shin Min Ha is amazing and the drama is spicier than I expected. Not complaining AT ALL!!!!

  10. I liked this first episode; it was light-hearted yet brought to light a serious issue in South Korea: the decrease in marriages and the drop in birth rates. More importantly, the incentives companies and other entities put forward to combat those issues and the greed they potentially birth.

  11. have watched many contract marriage dramas, but there’s always a reason for it, if not a logical or solid reason, than at least a reason u can cope up with….but seems like the writer just wanted to write a contract marriage plot and didn’t know what reason to give so he/she just wrote whatever….like who married to get back the congratulatory money???

and is there really a company somewhere who pays more to married employees and employees who r parents???? I mean, what company gives a shi* about your relationship status and the number of off springs u have??? in fact, companies are mostly reluctant to hire female employees in higher positions cz they’ll get married and then pregnant and then their working hours and performance would take a toll….I’d really like to know….

I know its a drama but still, a teeny tiny logic won’t hurt….

  12. love love love shin min ah, so excited and glad at her come back and of course, she won’t disappoint….

but unfortunately, not a fan of Young dae’s acting, he has the same expressions, more like a poker face, in every character he takes on, same way and eyes that he looks at the FL in every drama…I always feel like he’s gritting his teeth whenever he says the dialogues and he always looks like he’s in pain…..and man, what’s with this hideous wig, if its a wig and if not, he really needs to cut his hair….

and ma boy with killer acting skills is again a second lead 🫤🫤🫤🫤. when would he be the main lead??? I mean, what on earth is he lacking???

  13. 35 mins in….. lovin’ it.
Took my brain out and placed it on the desk…… such a nice relaxing comedy….. cleansing my thought from all the thrillers……

The moment her superior said to her “No single woman can join that department.”, my suspicions is realized, this IS an elaborate version of “She and Her Perfect Husband.”

  14. Sometimes, I don’t feel comfortable with fake marriages in kdrama land. I enjoy when the reason to wed is very crucial, cuz then the feelings that gets created there feels “authentic”. However, they make marriage look like a child’s play when they find a any tiny reason to have a contract-marriage. I don’t find it that entertaining.

  15. Yall, I bet the ML is secretly rich or knows her in the past.
If I am wrong, I’ll watch the drama (can be really bad and a really good drama) suggested by the most liked reply

  16. Okay so the first episode was about why the fake marriage is happening? The reason was kinda meh for me but who cares… I am gonna watch this drama till the end since I’ve been waiting for so long.

The first episode was not what I expected, but okay ig

Did the actress do something to her face? It seems too different from how she looked in hometown cha cha cha. I don’t really care about it tho. Her body, her choice. But I almost wanted to search if it was her lol
