1. I think I be watching too many historical/political dramas cause I don’t trust no one in this.
   When her mom and the director were younger and the director offered the candy to keep her calm(I thought the candy was going to do something to her voice lol)
   If Missy didn’t ratted her out who did? The only other person that knows is her best friend, her ride or die friend.

2. Since the story is around 1950s, I think hlkz (tv broadcast) won’t kill pansori era yet. Based on history, the golden era of pansori is in 1900’s (after Japanese colonialism and losing popularity early 2000’s ) and the TV golden age is after 1980s. So about 30yrs left, maybe after JY retired, pansori will lose its popularity and forgotten. But for this story timeline, pansori is still quiet popular

   FYI, Hlkz will later turn into KBS channel.

3. I hate this managers who scam singers feels like what happen to Elvis he grew up poor in south and just needed money for his family and got scammed by the Colonel. Elvis got rich but the Colonel got 50% of everything.
   Funny how this show has same feeling of Virtuous Business and how things are becoming modern all around fast and troupes and TV might compete against each other until everyone owns a TV first. Thinking forward and not looking back

   her hair, her whole demeanor is made similar to Ok gyeong, she can do male characters with ease, we saw Bangja…..so it’s clear she’ll take her place in the future, and of course, the talent…..

   I knew she was upto no gud….and m absolutely sure she was the one who told the director about Jeongnyeon singing at the cafe, cz it was quite clear from the start that Young seo didn’t do it…..I even suspected Jooran, because the more the positive, the more the evil…..but now m sure its her…..

6. not the moment she signed the contract, but the moment that TV guy approached her, I knew he’d be a fraud, then the contract, she doesn’t know how to read and it was obvious he’d take advantage of that, and then, when he introduced her to the men in the party, I knew they weren’t just guests, he’ll use her in any way to amuse them and get investments…..and the most important fact, very rare this man has a gud character lolx….

   but I just hope she comes out of all of this and get back to the troupe, cz that’s what she wanted to do…..

7. really enjoying this drama. watching kim taeri is always so satisfying with her great acting and screen presence. i knew it that contract signing would be suspicious.

10. FL primary goal is to make success through any means, for now she is taking different path and I am worried about that dubious contract. But it seems like she will come back to the world of pansori. I feel eventually FL and 2nd FL will take the leads of gukgeuk and reconcile. 2nd FL will take lead as female role and FL will take as male lead role like ok kyung wanted from her.
